Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 October 2026
General
By accessing and using the API Drama service (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every term in this document. Continued access after a change is published on this page means you accept the updated terms.
Every request that reaches our servers is subject to these terms, regardless of the application, script, or device used to send it.
Description of the Service
API Drama provides a REST API aggregator that unifies short-form drama metadata from more than 45 third-party streaming platforms into one consistent set of endpoints. The Service includes:
- The /banner, /home, /discover, /detail, and /search endpoints for catalogue data.
- The /video endpoint for retrieving streaming and subtitle URLs for an episode.
- Supporting endpoints including /languages, /categories, and /key/status.
- Multi-language support, limited to what each source platform actually publishes.
API Drama is not a streaming application, not a licence reseller, and does not sell per-title licences or VIP activations. What we sell is API access with a request quota tied to the plan you purchase.
Pricing, Plans, and Payment
The Service is prepaid and operates on a daily request quota. Plan prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and include applicable taxes.
- There are ten plan tiers: Trial, Nano, Lite, Starter, Streamer, Creator, Professional, Scale, Business, and Enterprise.
- Purchases are arranged over Telegram at @hplssmnct.
- Accepted payment methods: Buy Me a Coffee, cryptocurrency, QRIS, and bank transfer.
- Buy Me a Coffee and cryptocurrency payments carry no admin fee. The account name or wallet address is sent to you once you contact us.
- Your API Key is activated within minutes of verified payment, and at the latest within 24 hours if the operator is unavailable.
- API Keys are never sent by email. You receive the key directly once activation completes.
Validity Period and Daily Quota
Each plan has its own validity period and daily request allowance:
- Trial runs for 7 days with 600 requests per day.
- Paid plans run for 30 days, with daily quotas ranging from 3,000 requests (Nano) up to 900,000 requests (Enterprise).
- Daily counters reset automatically at 00:00 UTC for every API Key.
- A cache hit counts as 1 point, while a request that triggers a fresh fetch from the source platform costs more.
- Exhausting the quota before the reset returns a 429 response with the remaining time until reset.
- The /video endpoint enforces a delay between requests; bursts that arrive too quickly may be held or rejected.
How Plans Differ
Every plan can reach every endpoint. What separates one plan from another is proxy behaviour, not endpoint access:
- Trial through Lite: cover URLs are returned as-is, with no proxying for streams or subtitles.
- Starter and above: cover images, stream URLs, and subtitles may be proxied according to the tier you hold.
- The number of enabled platforms rises with the plan, up to the full catalogue on the highest tiers.
Refund Policy
Because this is a digital product that activates immediately after payment is verified, no refunds are available once an API Key has been issued or the quota has started being used.
However, if a system error prevents your API Key from being issued or your quota from being usable after a successful payment, contact us over Telegram for resolution. Claims are accepted for up to 7 days from the payment date.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your API Key and X-Signature values secure. An API Key should be treated as compromised the moment it is seen by anyone else.
- One API Key is for one project, domain, or application.
- Do not sell, sublet, or share your API Key with anyone else.
- Anti-Wrapper Policy: you may not build a reseller, gateway, or "API wrapper" on top of this Service without written permission.
- Provide accurate information when purchasing.
- Comply with the laws that apply in your jurisdiction when using the Service.
Prohibited Use and Anti-Abuse
This Service is built for genuine application integration. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
a. Hiding your network identity
Using a proxy, VPN, or anonymising network to conceal your IP address, to bypass quota limits, or to share a single quota among many people behind one address is not allowed. Your IP address is recorded in our access logs, and abusive patterns can result in that address being blocklisted.
b. Faking requests
- Sending a forged, invalid, or borrowed X-Signature.
- Replaying a request that has already been recorded. Every request must carry a fresh X-Timestamp, because the validity window is only 5 minutes.
- Faking device headers such as device ID, brand, model, or OS version to mislead the system.
- Using someone else's API Key, or using an API Key that has been leaked.
- Fabricating usage records or inflating request counts so that a quota appears consumed.
c. Exceeding request limits
Every endpoint has a per-minute limit, and the daily quota follows your plan. Those limits apply at any time and may change without notice. The current figures are listed under Rate Limiting in the documentation.
- Requests over the limit are rejected with 429 Too Many Requests.
- The /video endpoint requires a delay between requests. Pulling many episodes back to back without a delay risks a temporary block.
Repeated violations can result in your API Key being blocked.
d. Crawling, scraping, or bulk harvesting
- Pulling an entire drama episode by episode in sequence, hopping from chapter to chapter without pausing.
- Scraping the drama catalogue to build your own database.
- Sending requests in parallel to work around rate limits.
- Using many IP addresses or many devices to drain a single quota.
e. Reuse and redistribution
- Building an API wrapper, reseller, mirror, or gateway on top of this Service without written permission.
- Selling, subletting, or hotlinking the API and streaming URLs to other users.
Detection is automatic and based on request patterns, signatures, and usage behaviour. Repeated violations can end in a permanent block of the API Key and IP address, with no refund.
Service Limitations
API Drama is not responsible for:
- Changes to endpoints, parameters, or shutdowns performed by third-party streaming platforms.
- Disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including networks, DDoS attacks, and source-platform policy changes.
- Titles being unavailable in a given language because of the source platform catalogue.
- Use that breaches the terms of the third-party streaming platforms.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any API Key that shows signs of abuse, mass scraping, or credential exposure.
Changes to These Terms
API Drama may amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page, and the updated date appears at the top of this document. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
Contact
For questions, claims, or requests about these terms, reach us on Telegram at @hplssmnct. Include your API Key label and a request timestamp if the matter is technical.
Strict Data Protection
Mass data crawling and scraping are strictly prohibited. If our system detects large-scale harvesting, the API Key and IP address are blocked permanently with no refund. We have zero tolerance for attempts to steal the underlying data.
